Shipping Area

We ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

1. Made-to-Order Exclusion

Please note that our Busy Books are made-to-order. Every book is handcrafted, laminated, and assembled specifically for your child after your order is placed.

• Under German Law (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or produced according to customer specifications.

• Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Busy Book arrives damaged, or if there is a mistake in the language/content from our side:

• Please contact us at apneepatshala@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In cases where a return is legally applicable (e.g., for non-customized stock items, if any):

• The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee a refund if the returned item is lost in transit.

4. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a refund (where applicable), items must be in their original condition: unused, unpeeled (Velcro intact), and in the original packaging

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €4 per order.

Note: In accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or displayed on shipping costs.

6. Delivery Times

Once production is complete and your order has been handed over to our shipping partner ([e.g., DHL / Deutsche Post]), the delivery time within Germany is typically:

• 2–5 business days.

7. Shipping Partner & Tracking

We ship our physical files and products via DHL / Deutsche Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your shipping method includes tracking, a link will be provided in that email.
